 The passion displayed since Comic-Con on fan-forums regarding the special edition Sgt. Slaughter figures has been truly remarkable. It proves that there is a huge appetite to see this character in action figure form and we’re thrilled that the designs were so well received. We know the Sarge himself, who you may have had the chance to meet in the Hasbro booth at Comic-Con, would be honored to see such an outpouring of support and desire for this special edition figure in his likeness.

 The cast and creator of FX’s awesome new animated series Archer were at Comic Con, and we were able to sit down with series stars H. Jon Benjamin (Sterling Archer) and Chris Parnell (Cyril Figgis).

 For the past three years July has been all about San Diego Comic Con. I work from the time I touch down, trying to get as much done as I can between the panels, appointments, and booth reveals. Everything I do at the Con is for the site, well almost everything.

 One of the most exciting movies showcased at Comic Con this year was Super, the new film written and directed by James Gunn (Dawn of the Dead, Slither), starring Rainn Wilson (The Office), Ellen Page (Juno, Inception), Liv Tyler (Lord of the Rings), Nathan Fillion (Firefly), Michael Rooker (Mallrats) and Kevin Bacon.

 This is the first year we have been able to cover some of the bigger TV panels and events. We got a chance to sit down during some round tables with the Burn Notice cast and get a few tidbits about the fourth season currently airing on the USA network.
