It feels like a long time since I have found any new Super Hero Squad figures at a store, but this week I have quite a handful to talk about, check them out inside.

We almost skipped over waves seven and eight of Marvel Universe in the SDCC shuffle, but before wave ten arrives we wanted to get a quick look at each of the waves.

After a dry spell that seemed like forever, Hasbro has kicked Marvel Universe back into full gear, releasing two new waves in the last month (at least online).  Hot on the heels of Wave 8 comes the latest series, which includes not one but two fan favorite poll winners, the last member of a team many have been surprised to see so early in this line, and some new characters to add some timeliness to the Universe.  Let’s take a closer look.

Back in February at Toy Fair, Marvel Legends fans were treated to some great news—there will be a series of highly detailed 6” figures based on Iron Man 2!  Those cheers turned to groans when they found out those figures would be exclusives to the worst retailer in the history of the world… of course I’m talking about Walmart.
