Kastor: The Masters of the Universe figures have great heft to them, but over time the ankles are having trouble keeping the figures standing, and newer figures appear to have even weaker ankles. Would it be possible for the upcoming MOTU stands to include a clear adjustable waist clip so they can be posed without worry of the ankles giving out?
Matty: Flying stands will be available in early 2010 on MattyCollector.com!
Kastor: You stated recently on Facebook that when and if Panthor was made he would not be flocked. The basis for this decision was fan reaction during the Matty panel at SDCC. This seems like a very subjective way to gauge fan reaction is it possible to have a poll on Matty Collector to get a more official vote from the fans?
Matty: We will look at doing polls on MattyCollector.com, but we will also continue to let fans at SDCC vote. It’s what makes SDCC special.
Kastor: We know that tooling new things for an accessory pack would not be cost effective, but how about older accessories for Matty Collector sets? For example getting us lanterns for the wave 11 Green Lanterns and for the Color of Fear Matty Collector set?
Matty: No plans as of yet, but this would be a great suggestion.
Kastor: Many of us have not been able to find the Cheetah JLU sets and with reports of the newer sets coming out, will that set and the Batman Beyond set be in newer cases to get them into collectors hands?
Matty: No, the Cheetah pack will not be in future assortments. Each assortment going forward will be all new figures with no repeats.
Kastor: With the end of the year approaching, is there any word if the exclusivity of figures for JLU and DCUC continue past 2010 with Target and Wal-Mart?
Matty: We are not ready to announce any of our 2010 plans just yet!
