47 Ronin Gets An Epic New Trailer

47-ronin-featGet an up close look at the samurai fantasy epic hitting theaters this Christmas.

There’s a few things the new trailer for 47 Ronin makes clear– one, this will be a BIG movie.  There’s so many sequences shown here, a cavalcade of quite stylized characters and a wide variety of action and fight scenes.  All of which look quite well put together, so I feel pretty confident that 47 Ronin will be a pretty movie to see on the big screen.

But will it be any good?  That’s where things are still a bit more fuzzy.  Obviously, this film borrows little more than a name from the classic Japanese fable, as what we have here is wildly different than that tale.  So I have no idea what to expect, but I’m assuming it will be big and bold and quite possibly awesome.

We can all find out when this one opens up on Christmas Day.
