ron-burgundySPOILER ALERT: You will probably get a copy of this book for Christmas from somebody you know.

Anchorman introduced us to Ron Burgundy, possibly the greatest news anchor of all time.  Burgundy makes his return to the big screen in December’s Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, but now fans have something else to look forward to in the meantime– the Action 4 News Team’s main man will release his memoirs on November 19th.

“Let Me Off at the Top! My Classy Life and Other Musings” will be released by Random House’s Crown Archetype, and promises to “share personal anecdotes about the women in his life, about his dog, Baxter, and his legendary news team,” according to a press release.  The book is being attributed directly to Burgundy, although it is likely being penned by the movie writers Will Ferrell and Adam McKay.  Either way, it should provide great insight into the man who once claimed to have discovered the wheel and built the Eiffel Tower.

Burgundy himself added to the news release about the book, stating “I don’t know if it’s the greatest autobiography ever written… I’m too close to the work.”

Look for “Let Me Off at the Top! My Classy Life and Other Musings” on shelves and online November 19th.  Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is set to hit theaters December 20th.
