Kastor: The DCUC Batman and Robin 2 pack coming out next year with a
classic Tim Drake Robin has the incorrect symbol and incorrect gloves.
Is there any way these can be changed before release?
Matty: At this
point this pack is already being shipped to Wal-Mart. We’ll look into
making any changes if this pack is reissued (and it has a good chance
being a Batman and Robin pack).
Kastor: The JLU Cheetah was lost in the shuffle for many of the JLU
fans, any chance of seeing this figure as a single or in another pack
?
Matty: Definitely, we have been making a clear effort to re-release
hard to find figures. For example, look for Deadshot as a single later
this year.
Kastor: With DCUC wave 11 being sold on Matty Collector will it be
possible for collectors to get replacements for damaged figures (broken
joints or incorrectly assembled figures) or will the vouchers
continue?
Matty: The return policy for DCU Wave 11 is the same as any
other MattyCollector.com item. We hold replacement product for about 30
days after a sale if there are any damaged product.
Kastor: What are the height limits on MOTU figures? (We know that DCUC
height limits are between 9 or 10 inches.)
Matty: The limits on DCUC figure are related to package size at retail,
not how big a figure could be. With Mattycollector.com, we could ideally
sell a figure at any size in a unique package, if there was enough fan
demand for one.
Kastor: With all the JLU having foot holes, is there any way all the
figures can come with stands like the females of the line?
Matty: We have great stands available for JLU figures, both with and
without pegs on Mattycollector.com!
