Boss Fight Studio’s Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. Kickstarter is Live!

It’s finally here! The Kickstarter campaign for Boss Fight’s first toy line is live!!

Boss Fight Studio’s Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. Kickstarter is live!  The Greek mythology themed series features a ton of cool Spartan Warriors and Gorgons, and they look amazing.  The basic set will consist of four figures– a generic Spartan, Medusa, a Stone Spartan and a Gorgon warrior with a very cool coral snake deco.  There’s also a Kickstarter exclusive Bronze Spartan and an incredibly cool Celestial Warriors two-pack, with both the Spartan and Medusa cast in translucent smoke plastic with a star pattern displaying actual constellations that fit both character.

In addition, there’s a ton of awesome stretch goals, and I’m confident we’ll see quite a few of these come to be– Leonidas and Medusa’s sisters are really cool, and there’s even some accessory packs which play to the customizability of these figures.  But the biggest stretch goal, Stone Fist, is probably my favorite.  I’m super hoping the campaign hits the $325k mark so we see this dude.

Boss Fight are really cool people, and you can see in these figures everything that made the work these folks have done for Hasbro so universally adored by fans.  The figures look gorgeous, with a very well planned articulation pattern and loads of detail, more than I’ve seen on almost any other 3.75″ scale figure.  And it’s completely exciting that, like, half of this series is female figures!  Fair representation… how cool is that??

Yes, the mean cost of $30 per figure is pretty high, but considering the level of care these figures are being made with, I think it’s still a fair value.  I’m definitely jumping in on this one… if you want to as well, Click Here to make your Kickstarter pledge today!
