Hasbro reveals the first Marvel exclusive at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, and it’s AMAZING.
This has been a weird year for SDCC exclusives, with many of the reveals falling into the same bucket– they’re really cool, but not very essential to any real collection, and thus not really must-own items. Hasbro’s reveal today is the first Marvel themed SDCC offering, and it changes the exclusive game for this year’s Con delivering three incredible 3.75″ renditions of fan-demanded villains in the Masters of Evil box set!
This set features Baron Helmut Zemo, Radioactive Man and Tiger Shark, and each figure looks perfect– loaded with articulation, great deco’s (I am LOVING the translucent green skin of R-M!), and tons of articulation. I cannot wait to pick up this set as soon as possible.
Here’s the official word from Hasbro:
MARVEL UNIVERSE 3.75” MASTERS OF EVIL Special Edition 3-Pack
(Ages 4 and up; Approximate Retail Price $29.99; Available through
HasbroToyShop.com, Booth #3329 at San Diego Comic-Con)
Fueled by a raging need for vengeance against Captain America, Baron Zemo hatches a
masterful plan. Not foolish enough to face the Avengers alone, he strategically
forms one of the most powerful groups of villains ever assembled. The Masters of
Evil 3-Pack includes Baron Zemo, Radioactive Man and Tiger Shark all appearing in
3.75” scale, and united for a singular purpose: destroying Earth’s Mightiest Heroes!
Additional Hasbro Comic-Con special edition collectibles will be revealed in the
weeks ahead, so keep your eyes peeled!
