Mezco Toyz Brings Jesse Pinkman to NYCC

Mezco Toyz has been teasing one final New York Comic Con exclusive in addition to the rest of their impressive roster, and now they’ve revealed that last piece is Breaking Bad’s Jesse Pinkman, in his hesitant later meth cook years, complete with a black and yellow Vamanos Pest uniform.

This Jesse variant will match the Vamanos Pest Walter released as a Black Friday exclusive last year, and he certainly makes sense, especially if you already have the Walt figure.  He’s cool, but me, personally, I’ll happily stick to the standard yellow-suited Pinkman to match the original release of Walt.

So Mezco’s final NYCC exclusive is not a preview edition of the One:12 Dark Knight Batman like I was hoping, but hey, it’s still a nice new addition to the Breaking Bad collection.  Here’s more info on the NYCC special edition Jesse Pinkman:

With New York Comic Con only a week away, Mezco reveals their “mystery” exclusive: Breaking Bad Vamonos Pest Jesse Pinkman 6inch Figure.

“The anticipation that has been building up over what this limited edition mystery figure is has been tremendous, and that makes this reveal all the more satisfying” says Mezco’s Mike Drake, “fans have been clamoring for a Vamonos Pest version of Jesse to match the Vamonos Pest Walter White we released earlier, and being able to give the fans what they have asked for is a huge thrill for all of us as Mezco”.

The exclusive, limited edition figure is presented in a deluxe window box with a Vamonos Pest slipcase. Jesse comes complete with an episode accurate removable respirator, and a bin with hinged lid as seen in the series. The back of his outfit features the Vamonos Pest logo.

The figure will be available at Mezco’s New York Comic Con booth, # 1855 starting Thursday 10/09 while supplies last. Additionally, a limited number of figures will also be available on Mezco Direct starting on 10/01 HERE.
