NECA Reveals Aliens Sgt. Windrix Packaging

windrix-featNECA reveals the card art for their tribute to sculptor Kyle Windrix’s brother Craig.

NECA sculptor Kyle Windrix has a brother named Craig who is battling cancer.  Because NECA are just that cool, they made a tribute figure with Craig’s likeness for the Colonial Marine called Sgt. Windrix, who is in the second series of Aliens figures set to be released next month.

Craig is undergoing surgery today, so it seemed like a good time to reveal the card art for his upcoming figure, which NECA showed off today on Twitter.

Our thoughts are definitely with Kyle, Craig, the Windrix family and their extended NECA family.  I hope everything works out as best it can… and I can’t wait to display an homage as cool as Sgt. Windrix on my toy shelf soon.
