Toys R Us put out a few new Minimates early, and started a Civil War for the Marvel Mates.

With all the news coming out of NYCC this year for me the Minimates stole the show for this collector.

There were two exclusive Minimate sets at SDCC this year. One of them helps to round out the cast of the Age of Ultron.

Rounding out the Con we had a chance to walk through the Diamond Select booth with the man behind the Minimates and everything DTS, Zach Oat. 

The newest set of Minimates fills out a team and leaves collectors with plenty of X-men uniforms.

Kevin Smith and Minimates have been a great pairing so far, so how does the he look in black and white?

Lately the Minimates at Toys R Us have been hard to find but the last wave, a mix of new and old characters, has been a breeze to pick up.

The X-force team is ready to battle some Minimates in the newest set from Diamond Select Toys.

Fans got to choose the newest Toys R Us Minimates 4-pack, mixing heroes in villains the the Infinity Set. 

Although there are no Star Wars Minimates, Diamond Select Toys have found a way to give fans some very cool lightsabers.

Entering the DTS booth I saw the tubes set up, full of new Minimates, Marvel Select, and movie figures.
