There is still strong reader support for DC’s Pre-Flashpoint (New 52) world, and this book is proof of how good we had it back then.

DC Comics reboots Batgirl… again. I still don’t know if it was necessary, but despite my personal issues, the book was still a good read. 

Gail Simone’s Batgirl: Death of the Family is an excellent addition to the Death of the Family story. Because of Barbara Gordon’s past history with the Joker, this is one of the more personal, and darker, volumes in the saga.
