It took two waves to completely course-correct, but Hasbro certainly did, as GI Joe Retaliation Wave 3 is filled with some awesome new additions to the Joe and Cobra ranks.

A vast improvement over its predecessor, GI Joe Retaliation is fast, loose and fun enough to blast through many of its own problems.

Now that the movie is back on track, the new wave of GI Joe Retaliation toys has finally hit retail. Just like the movie, the follow-up set of action figures was clearly a work in progress, and it shows, with an uneven, but by no means terrible assortment of figures.
