After numerous delays, Watch Dogs has finally landed, bolstered by the hype machine and promising a thoroughly original experience.  While there are often moments of brilliance, however, the game ultimately struggles to live up to the lofty expectations that it set.

Ubisoft had a truly commanding presence at the Penny Arcade Expo this year and one of their most popular attractions was the large theater in the center of the show floor screening exclusive footage of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag.

Fans at this year’s PAX East waited hours upon hours outside of Ubisoft’s enormous multi-theater display to catch a glimpse of their Watch Dogs presentation.  The game has plenty of buzz circulating it and with good reason — Watch Dogs looks to be one of the most creative and ambitious video game titles in years.
