Is This The Vision From Avengers: Age of Ultron?

Vision topA new promo poster may have revealed the really, really good design of the Avengers’ android ally.

There’s a lot to love about the work being done by Marvel Studios, but one of the things that sold me early on their take on comic book movies was the character design.  Rather than shy away from the bight colors and iconic styles of their heroes, the cinematic Marvel universe consistently found a look that bridged the gap between fantastical and functional.  These costumes are bright, colorful, iconic and just plain cool looking… as they should be!

And Marvel has only been improving over the past few years, tying their comic book and cinematic styles closer than ever– just look at how amazingly comic accurate someone like the Winter Soldier was on screen!

Now it looks like they may keep that trend of comic book fidelity going strong, if the newly leaked images of The Vision from Avengers: Age of Ultron are to be believed:

I really love this design!

The Vision is incredibly faithful to his comic look, with just enough added flair to help sell his android nature and make him look more than Paul Bettany in red face.  Yea, he lost the big ass collar of his cape, but otherwise this Vision is spot on!  This key art looks pretty legit to me, and if it is, I’ll certainly be happy with this character design.  What do you guys think?
