Walgreens Dr Doom Is Great Addition to the Marvel Legends Line.

I know, I know Marvel Legends Infamous Iron Man came out a long time ago, but I just fired up the old laptop and realized I forgot the review and gallery.

I bought this figure simply because I collect Marvel Legends. Let me say that again I bought just because I collect the line, yes I tend to be a blind follower when it comes to toys. I knew nothing about this character before I tracked him down, and it took a bit of leg work to find him here in CT. Yep, a recolored figure with a new hood, was to subject of a daily toy hunt for me that took multiple daily stops over a few weeks. So why would I buy a figure i know nothing about that is the same as an old figure with just a new head. Well I am I toy collector, or action figure addict if you please.

Why should you even care about him since he came out months ago?  Well if you want a modern Marvel Universe you will need him, well modern as in the last 3 years. He also offers a new head, cape, and some fun pink effects, and the most important a new head. That unmasked Doom head is what is enticing to the average collector, because you can put it on almost any body in the ML line and make a new character. I mean if you are building an A.I.M. army or Hydra team he would be a great unmasked head. Or if you were smart and snapped up Fury when he was going on sale a little S.H.E.I.L.D. crew. So again why should you care? Well if you are reading this you are also a plastic addict like me and if you passed on him the first time I offer a full gallery of this figure to just entice  you to run out and try to find one because now you are sorry you skipped him.

The bottom line is he is a cool looking design, smart reuse of parts, and well if your an addict you don’t need me to tell you why you need him.
